Beetle Problems... Beetles will often attack plants, chewing tiny pinholes like the Flea Beetle, or often defoliating entire plants like the Colorado Potato Beetle. Other beetle species such as the Rose Chafer, which is a fawn-colored, long legged beetle, commonly found on rose plants, lay their eggs in the soil. When the larvae develop, they chew the roots of plants. |
